Best Hummus Recipe

Our Best Hummus Recipe is so delicious and garlicky! This easy hummus recipe is the perfect dip for girl's night...(unless you and your honey are both garlic lovers, in that case, it's a recipe for romance!)

INGREDIENTS

5 medium garlic gloves, mashed

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

2 cans of garbanzo beans, drained

2/3 cup tahini, stirred

1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup Italian parsely leaves

3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

paprika

DIRECTIONS:

1. On a cutting board, mash garlic and salt together with the flat side of a butcher's knife.

2. In the bowl of the food processor, combine parsley leaves and 1/4 cup olive oil. Pulse until well combined. Set aside.

3. In the bowl of the food processor, combine garlic paste, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/2 cup water. Pulse until well combined.

3. Transfer Hummus into a serving dish, drizzle with parsely oil, and sprinkle with paprika.

4. Serve with small bits of pita and fresh veggies.
