INGREDIENTS

1 pound lump Maryland Blue crabmeat
1 teaspoon bay spice (Old Bay seasoning is my favorite!)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 teaspoons worcesteshire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a medium sized bowl.

2. Stir in crabmeat.

3. Shape into cakes

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until cakes are golden brown.
