Sinfully Creamy Cannoli is the Perfect Romantic Dessert

Sinfully creamy cannoli lives up to it's name! The perfect end to a romantic dinner... this romantic dessert says amore! Let him think you slaved all day, truth is that using store bought shells, this is super easy and super quick to make, but no one will ever guess. It's that molto bene!

2 pounds of ricotta cheese
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure almond extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
powder sugar

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix ricotta until smooth.


2. Add powdered sugar, extracts, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended.


3. Fill shells.


4. Sift powdered sugar over the top of filled shells and serve.
