INGREDIENTS

2 pounds of ricotta cheese
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure almond extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
powder sugar

DIRECTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, mix ricotta until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, extracts, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
Fill shells.
Sift powdered sugar over the top of filled shells and serve.
