INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoon bourbon

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a heavy 2-quart sauce pan, combine sugar, cocoa,  whipping cream, and butter.
2. Over medium heat, stir and heat until boiling.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and bourbon.
