Itty Bitty Meringue Cookies are a perfect sweet nibble!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs whites, at room temperature 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon extract (vanilla, peppermint, lemon, orange, almond etc.)

DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. 2. Gradually add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff, glossy peaks form. 3. Beat in extract. 4. Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. 5. Cool on pan before eating.
