Raisin Bran Muffins

Raisin Bran Muffins will rock your breakfast!!!

This Raisin Bran Muffin recipe is crazy easy! Aside from their moist heavenly flavor, the best part is that the dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. This means homemade goodness whenever the fancy hits you!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup vegatable oil

4 eggs

3 cups sugar

1 quart buttermilk (okay to use low-fat)

1 teaspoon salt

5 teaspoons baking soda

5 cups all-purpose flour

4 cups raisin bran cereal

3/4 cup raisins

1. In a large bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar, and buttermilk.

2. Add baking soda and salt.

3. Mix in flour.

4. Mix in raisin bran and raisins.

5. Bake in greased, paper-line muffin tins for 12-15 minutes.

6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks and bake as desired.
