Salmon Mousse
Salmon Mousse makes us say MEOW!
These are tasty and beautiful little morsels to serve any time of year! Our recipe will make you purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces smoked salmon 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped salt and pepper to taste cherry tomatoes cucumber slices

DIRECTIONS
1. Place salmon into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Add cream, cream cheese, juice, and fresh dill weed. Salt and pepper to taste and pulse until it forms a mousse like consistency. 3. Cut the tops off of cherry tomatoes and hollow them out. Slice cucumbers. 4. Pipe mousse in tomatoes and on cucumber slices. Garnish with tiny sprigs of fresh dill.
